Thank you for choosing Safari Blend by Javans Coffee. We are committed to ensuring your order is processed quickly, packaged with care, and delivered to you in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. States

  • U.S. territories (additional time may apply)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3โ€“7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1โ€“3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7โ€“21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available in select U.S. warehouse locations. If offered, you will see the pickup option during checkout.

Packaging & Freshness

Our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches and sealed in air-tight packaging to ensure peak flavor and aroma during delivery.
We take care to protect beans from heat, moisture, and pressure during transit.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all:

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will gladly offer a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
